It has 4 levels of temperature and when I used it on medium heat I got lovely looking tight curls. 

I also like the feature of how it has a 3 time reminder system that will tell you how long your hair has been kept in and it also has a 45 minutes auto shut-off safety feature. I also really liked how quickly this device heated up.

It also had a dual voltage system and was battery powered, so it was so easy to use on my travels.

Even though this product was quite expensive, I must say that it did justice to the price I paid.

Since this product was designed for shoulder length hair, I decided to go in for it. 

Well, it did a super good job with curling the length of my hair, but of course it didn’t work on my short bangs, as you require to put in sufficient hair volume. 

So that was just a heads up for people with shorter hair lengths.

A few things I really liked about this product is that it has a timer setting and that helped me get even looking curls, as it also had multiple heat settings. 

It was also super easy to use and gave me long lasting curls (lasted more than a day). I also liked that it had dual directional barrel rotation, so I could get flip curls as well. It also heated up really quickly.

This device had a sufficiently long cord and also was light in weight and easy to maneuver.

I really loved the fact that this device supported dual voltages, because I could use it on my travels even without a travel adapter.

Well, it was super expensive, but worth the price!

If you are looking for long lasting curls, by long lasting I mean at least 2 days or till your next wash, then this device is the one for you!

I worked on small sections of my hair at a time and the device worked very well giving me lovely curls. 

It has 2 heat settings and 3 timer settings, so you can get the curls of your choice from loose, to medium to tight curls.

Its tourmaline ceramic technology claimed to reduce frizz, but I didn’t notice any frizz reduction. So I was quite disappointed about that.

Well apart from that, I also liked that it had the safety feature of automatic shut off as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t support dual voltage use, so I couldn’t use it while traveling.

Getting a hang of this product took me a couple of tries, but once I got used to it I was totally impressed with the way it worked and how the results showed on my hair.

Some things I liked about this product are that it had dual heat settings and it heats up very quickly. It also comes with the safety feature of automatic shutting off.

Apart from this, the barrel spins in two directions, which allows you to get flip curls as well.

I have to say that my curls lasted even till the following day and were intact, even though I had used absolutely no setting spray, just regular heat protectant spray before the curling process.

I also liked that it came with a two-year warranty that not many other such products offer.

What I didn’t like was that I couldn’t use it on my travels, because it didn’t support dual voltages.

Since this device was battery powered, cordless with a USB type design, I thought it would come in handy to use while on my travels and it did. It also did a pretty good job at curling my hair.

It heated up very quickly and came with 3 heat settings that gave me different types of curls from loose to medium to tight curls. 

Also, it had the timer setting as well that gave me precise curls. So that was really amazing.

I also appreciated that it curls the hair very quickly, so that’s definitely less heat damage to the hair.

Another good thing about this curling iron is that it is a very compact and space-saving device, best for traveling.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the battery life of this product was not good. You’ll keep reaching for the charger after just 15-20 minutes. So better curl quickly!

Yes, this one looks very similar to the Charmelife curler doesn’t it? Well, it differs from that one in certain ways.

For starters, the Fezax curler comes with 6 temperature settings and 11 timer settings unlike the Charmelife curler which comes with 3 temperature settings.

So this Fezax curler is suited for multiple hair textures. Like the Charmelife portable curler it contains a ceramic coating that helps even distribution of heat and preventing hair damage.

Also like the Charmelife curler it has a bad battery life. Yup. I used it for 15 minutes and it died. But what sets this one apart is that it comes with a portable charger so you can use it while charging as well.

Another drawback of this curler is that it won’t curl long hair, especially at the top ends of the hair. And if you have thick hair like mine, you’ll have to curl your hair section by section.

Pros:

If you have long hair, I think this curler would be good for you. I feel most automatic barrel curlers do not work well on long hair, at least not on the top.

The way this curler is constructed you I had no problem wrapping my long hair around it and curling them with ease.

And no, it doesn’t take up more space compared to barrel curlers like Fezax. It’s actually very compact and lightweight.

I also liked that the barrels are coated with ceramic material which heats up evenly and doesn’t damage hair too much. It also has a long range of temperatures ranging from 250-450°F. This means you can go for the low temperature for fine, thin hair and higher temperatures for thicker or coilier textures.

So what’s the downside to this curler? Well according to me, not much. But the curlers do retail at around $80 so it’s a bit expensive. But I think it was totally worth it.
