If you reduce your stress levels, hair should start to grow back. Try minimising stress levels with work, start meditation, take yoga classes and treat yourself to an aromatherapy bubble bath.
2. Take A Multi-Vitamin
Lack of certain vitamins in the diet have been linked to hair loss. Many people are deficient in certain vitamins and don’t even realise it. While the best place to get a full spectrum of vitamins is the diet.
If you feel you can’t eat all the vitamins you need, try taking a health supplement. Always talk to your doctor first, but some vitamins and minerals that may help with hair loss are;

3. Eat a Mediterranean Diet
